Choose the Right

One of my assignments this month was to decorate the bulletin boards at church for our Primary.  I love this years theme: Choose the Right.  It is so simple and easy to focus on.  It has been years since I had anything to do with primary and I am so excited that the General Primary Presidency has changed the way they present the annual themes.  There are now monthly themes, weekly themes, and all of the sharing time lesson plans all done for you!  The bulletin board on the top is the one for the yearly theme and scripture.  Each of the pictures has to do with the monthly theme and has that month's them under it.  In hindsight I wish that I had made the pictures a little bigger, but I was so over printing and stapling so it will just have to do;)  Simplicity people!

The board on the bottom is one that we use every week when we present our lessons to the children in sharing time.  I put a place for the monthly theme that can be easily switched out and a spot for the monthly themes and scriptures.  The trick is getting the themes switched out on time!  (Now that I am looking at the bottom picture the ribbon is noticeably crooked.....makes me want to drive up there and fix it right now!  But, I am not going to touch it...you can fix it for me if you like.)

I am looking forward to having my turn to teach next month and I can't wait to share what I have planned!
